Room Rates & Reservations Policies

Reservation Policies:
A reservation is a two-way responsibility. We agree to turn away all other requests for the reservation you have selected and guarantee to hold it for your vacation. You agree to occupy and pay for the room for the time you asked us to reserve.
Because we are a small independent motel, and to ensure fairness to all of our guests, we have adopted the following policies:
Check-In: 3:00 pm / Check-Out: 10:00 am
100% contact-less check-in/out. If you are going to be checking in late, no worries, go directly to the room!
You will receive your room number and code to the room prior to check-in. Please check your email.
Rates subject to 9.7% State and Local Tax plus a 2.75% Water Conservation Fee (as of July 1, 2019)
You must be 21 years or older to rent a room at the Sandy Neck Motel and a Photo ID is required at time of check-in.
All room rates based on double occupancy. Two children under 18 years old are FREE. There is a $10 fee per additional guest(s).
All rooms are non smoking/vaping
Regretfully no pets are allowed
10:00 pm quiet time
A credit card number is used to hold the room and required for all reservations.
Deposits & Cancellations:
• 50% of the total stay will be auto-charged 30 days prior to booking
• The remaining balance will be auto-charged 14 days prior to check-in
• Damages will be charged to the credit card on file with a minimum $100 charge for repairs. Any actual and additional costs for repairs will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellations will be refunded at:
- 100% if canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in, or
- refunded at 50% of the total cost of stay if canceled within 14 days of check-in
- refunded at 0% of the total cost of stay if canceled within 2 days of check-in
- Early Departures: Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures.
Smoking/Vaping: Is not permitted in any of our rooms, however you may smoke outside. Smoking or vaping in our NON-SMOKING ROOMS will result in a $250.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.
Pet Policy: Sorry, NO PETS allowed. Pets in the room will result in a $250.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.
