COVID-19 Protocol

In order to comply with Massachusetts-mandated COVID-19 guidelines, and to keep everyone as safe as possible, we are asking that you be aware and comply with the following:

Please be aware of the Massachusetts Travel Order recently issued by Governor Baker which goes into effect August 1st 2020.



Social distancing:  Please adhere to standard COVID-19 social/physical distancing rules by wearing a mask and/or  staying 6ft away from other guests.

Payments can be made the day of arrival.  Our office is open but masks are required.  We ask that if another guest is in the office that you wait to enter until they leave.

Touchless check in is available for credit card payers (our preferred method). We require credit card and full contact information in our system. Our motel rooms provide guests with direct entry from outside.  We will provide you with your room number on the day of your arrival and the keys will be inside the room.

Check out time is 11am.  Please leave your keys in the room.  Receipts will either be emailed or we can provide you with a hard copy upon request.

Housekeeping :  To avoid any unnecessary contact, daily housekeeping services will not be provided, however, we will provide a mid week sheet change and room cleaning for extended stays.  We ask that you vacate the room prior to any housekeeping services. We are happy to provide extra linens, towels, coffee, trash pick up etc. as requested.



It is more important than ever to keep things clean and sanitized during this extraordinary time.  Here are our protocols.

Linens/Towels:  All linens and towels will be changed between guests. Linens and towels are washed then dried on high heat to kill any viruses.

Sanitizing: During our cleaning process, we sanitize all hard surface furniture, door knobs, light switches, remotes, keys, etc.  We also steam all soft surfaces such as comforters, pillows, blankets, and chair cushions.
